Re: 2014 Al Cerilli Manitoba Federation of Labour Scholarship
Applications are now being received for the 2014 Al Cerilli Manitoba Federation of Labour Scholarship, a $500 award to an MFL affiliated union member who is enrolled in a continuing education or post-secondary program.
The Al Cerilli MFL Scholarship presented annually by the MFL Young Members Committee to a member of an MFL affiliated union to be used towards their continuing education or post-secondary program. In selecting each year’s recipient, the Committee looks for the applicant demonstrating the most significant record of activism in the labour movement and a commitment to continuing labour activism into the future. Members of TEAM-IFPTE Local 161 are eligible to apply.
The application deadline for the 2014 award is July 14, 2014. The application form provides more information about eligibilitycriteria.
