Re: Final Offer Package and Information Meetings - RSVP Request
Please contact the TEAM Office for Bell’s Final Offer. For clarity, we have highlighted the revisions to our current Collective Agreement.
Information meetings to provide more detail on the Final Offer, explain the e-voting procedures, and to answer any questions will be held next week. If you have not already let us know that you will be attending, please RSVP by clicking the meeting you wish to attend, and advise of any dietary restrictions:
Monday, September 9th
Fairmont Hotel, 2 Lombard Place, Winnipeg
Session 1: 11:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
Session 2: 12:45 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. (this session will have more time for Q&A)
Tuesday, September 10th

Noon - 1:00 p.m.
Wednesday September 11th
Masonic Memorial Centre, 420 Corydon, Winnipeg
Noon - 1:00 p.m.
The vote will be conducted electronically by an independent accredited service. The window for voting will be 3:00 p.m. September 11th to noon September 20th. The ballot will be sent to your work email address, however, if you want your ballot to be sent to a different email address, please provide the information to the TEAM office no later than 3:30 p.m. today.
