Re: Negotiations Update
Our Negotiating Committee met with the Company on February 8th to exchange proposals. We are currently reviewing MTS’s proposals and need clarification on a number of points before sharing them with you. We return to the negotiating table on Wednesday, February 17th.
We will keep you updated throughout these negotiations via email, the CARs* and when necessary, member meetings.
*CARs – Communication Action Representatives are members who are responsible for communicating with colleagues on the issues and providing feedback to TEAM during negotiations. If you are interested in becoming a CAR during negotiations, please email [email protected] with details of your preferred way to be contacted (personal cell phone, email etc.)
