Re: Eye Exam Reimbursement for TEAM Members
You can now claim up to $80 every two years to have your eyes examined:
Article 29 – Eye Exams: The Company shall provide all employees reimbursement to a maximum of $80.00 for one eye exam every two years upon the production of a receipt from a qualified practitioner. Eligibility shall be based on six months service with the Company for Regular Full-time employees or the equivalent of six months service for Part-time employees.
Eye exams on or after July 29th are eligible for reimbursement. Retain your receipt until advised of the Company’s reimbursement process.
You do not have to participate in the Blue Cross plan to receive this benefit.
