Re: Negotiations Update – MTS’ Offer

After reviewing our monetary proposals for a day, on Friday MTS submitted their monetary offer to your Negotiating Committee:

· Base Pay: Zero, Zero and Zero

· VPP: +1%, +1%, +1%

· PLDs: Reduce from 5 to 3, none for new employees.

· Vacation: Eliminate 7^th week for those with 6 weeks or less.
Delay 3-week eligibility for new employees.

We opened with 4%, 4%, and 4%, and moving the current VPP to base salary at a cost neutral amount to MTS.
