Re: Call for Proxies - MTS Annual Meeting of Shareholders
The MTS Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at 11:00 am on May 4, 2011 in the Provencher Room at the Hotel Fort Garry. Shareholders should have received a meeting notice and voting instruction form in the mail. Registered shareholders have a number of voting options, including the appointment of a proxyholder to vote on their behalf.
As Executive Director, I will be attending the meeting on behalf of TEAM and would be privileged to act as proxyholder for any TEAM member unable to attend the meeting.
If you wish me to carry your proxy, please complete and sign your original Voting Instruction (click to see an example form), and send it to the TEAM office at mail code B2000 by 4 P.M. on Friday April 29, 2011. We are able to fax the proxy forms and therefore have a little more time.
(You may receive a Voting Instruction Form that is different from the example. Should you need help with appointing a proxyholder please contact the TEAM office).
