Thank you for being a TEAM member on the Health and Safety Committee for your work area.  To ensure our compliance with Article 26.03 - Health and Safety of the Collective Agreement I'd like to confirm that you are willing to continue as a Health and Safety Representative on the committee.

I would also like to ask if you are interested in attending the 30^th Annual MFL Health and Safety Conference April 14^th – 15^th 2011 at the Fort Garry Hotel.  Please respond using the links below by Wednesday March 23^rd, 2011. The office will make all necessary arrangements including a release from your duties with the Company.

• Yes  I am willing to continue as a Health and Safety Representative but don’t wish to attend this year’s conference.

• Yes  I am willing to continue as a Health and Safety Representative and wish to attend the Conference.
