Re: Reminder - Changes to Overtime Pay
Until February 19th employees working overtime will be compensated (pay or time off) at double time.
From February 19th overtime will be compensated at time and one half for the first four hours worked in a week. Overtime beyond the first four hours in a week will be compensated at double time. The Company’s work week starts on Saturday and ends on Friday.
Compensation for TEAM members working on a Company Holiday is unchanged at double time for all hours worked plus holiday pay.
