Re: Pension Lawsuit – Appeal Facta and Hearing Dates
As promised in the November 12th, 2010 TEAM memo, the full versions of the Appeal facta have been posted here.
The Appeal hearing will take place on December 13-15th at the Manitoba Court of Appeal, Courtroom 330, Law Courts Building, 408 York Ave, Winnipeg. Hearing sessions will begin at 9:30 a.m.
I encourage you to attend and witness the proceedings for yourself. If you have a cell phone with a camera, you may want to review the relevant court policy in advance.
