Re: Collective Bargaining Committee
In preparation for negotiations and in accordance with TEAM Bylaw 17.1 we are seeking a number of specialists to sit on the Collective Bargaining Committee (seeBylaws 17.2 and 17.3 for the committee’s objectives). We specifically need individuals with knowledge or skills in the following areas:
- Financial reports
- Wage analysis and market adjustments
- Health spending accounts, medical and benefits plans
- Communication – with an emphasis on Twitter and other social media
- Designing, developing and implementing surveys
- Contract analysis
- Report writing
- Strategy
