TEAM welcomes Erin Spencer, Labour Relations Analyst April 27th 2009
To all TEAM-IFPTE Local 161 Members:
I am pleased to announce Erin Spencer as the successful candidate for the TEAM Labour Relations Analyst position, effective Monday April 27, 2009. Erin comes to us with many years of labour experience in addition to broad knowledge and skills in customer service, finance, accounting, and sales.
An experienced and committed union activist, Erin volunteered her time assisting her peers as a shop steward and served on the executive board as a clerical representative for CEP Local 7.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and is currently finishing a CTESL certification to teach English as an additional language from the University of Manitoba.
As TEAM’s Labour Relations Analyst, Erin’s well developed analytical and communication skills will be valuable assets in her work on various activities and projects. Erin’s duties include the compilation, organization, and analysis of research and information used to support our TEAM members through strategic planning and establishing and achieving collective bargaining objectives.
