The Pension Lawsuit Settlement Implementation Hearing is scheduled November 3 – November 5, 2014 starting at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 230, Law Courts Building, 408 York Avenue, Winnipeg. You are welcome to attend and witness the proceedings, however please review the Court’s policies prior to attending and plan to be there early as space is limited.
