Re: Prairie School for Union Women 2015
TEAM-IFPTE Local 161 will sponsor two female members to attend the Prairie School for Union Women, June 7-11, 2015 in Waskesiu Lake, Saskatchewan.
The Prairie School for Union Women provides an intensive four days of learning and sharing in a supportive environment. The goals of the school are to develop women’s personal and leadership skills and to build solidarity among women workers. The school provides on-site childcare and is committed to child-friendly attitudes. Click here to see the brochure.
TEAM will request a release for the participants from their duties with the Company, cover registration, accommodation, transportation and dinner on Tuesday evening. Participants will be required to provide written feedback to the office after the event.
