Re: Heads Up - Membership Survey Coming next week
What is the purpose of this survey?
TEAM needs your input to help focus our efforts and determine our priorities and guide future direction.
Why should I participate in this survey and how will the answers I provide be used?
Your voice matters! We are all part of this Union and everyone needs to be heard.
All responses will be included in a report that will contain information about what is important to you and how you feel about TEAM. Your opinions will be used to plan for the future and to help us work collectively to shape and maintain our union.
Will the answers I provide be confidential?
Yes, they will. No one at TEAM will ever see your individual responses. All responses will be collected on a secure external website.
Survey findings will be analyzed by an external consultant who will provide a report based on total responses only. The summary of findings will be available to all members.
Who is conducting the survey?
An external consultant has been hired to design and deliver the survey, manage data collection and analysis. TEAM retains overall control and the direction of the project.
How do I complete the survey?
It couldn’t be easier! You will receive a password and a link to the external survey website next week. Simply click on the link and complete. It should take no longer than 6 or 7 minutes.
Does the link have to come to my work email?
No. If you prefer, the survey link can be sent to your home. Just click here to provide TEAM with your home email address.
