Thanks to all who attended the July 7th & 8th focus groups, and for your subsequent telephone and email feedback. Your participation was excellent, especially considering the short notice.
On July 9th I met with Kelvin Shepherd to share your concerns, as outlined in the attached presentation. I’m pleased to report that Mr. Shepherd expressed a genuine understanding and was receptive to an “MTS Employees First” policy regarding contractors.
In the coming months we can expect to see a number of Company initiatives following from this meeting. Again, thank you for your input.
