The Memorandum of Agreement is available here. Yellow highlighting shows new or revised wording. Blue boxes contain additional information and explanations.
Voting on the proposed changes will open at 2:00 pm on July 24th and close at noon on July 29th. At the start of voting you will receive an email: “Voting Instructions TEAM-IFPTE Local 161 Ratification Vote” from Voter Info, containing voting instructions and your unique PIN. This PIN will allow you to vote from any web enabled device (tablet, gaming system, smart phone etc.) or from any landline phone or mobile device.
It is strongly recommended that you do not use your office computer to cast your vote over the Internet. While the eVoting system is secure in processing your vote, the ability to monitor Internet activity exists within the Company. Your vote is secret and will not be provided to TEAM. TEAM will receive the results shortly after the close of voting at noon on Monday July 29, 2013.
If you haven’t already done so, please click the Information Meeting you wish to attend by noon Monday, July 22nd. Lunch will be provided.
