Lockout Preparedness Manual
We are still compiling the Lockout Preparedness Manual in response to the Company’s Notice to Terminate the Collective Agreement and its implicit threat to change our working conditions and/or lock us out.
We have requested a meeting with the Company to discuss in the event of a lockout, the administration of matters such as vacation in progress, benefits, pensions, maternity leave, sick leave, Long Term Disability, Term employees, students, and CEP and IBEW members acting in TEAM's jurisdiction.
We are waiting to hear back from the Company and we will provide you with the answers when they become available.
